"border" was recorded in the early morning, november 16h, 2020. my father was in the hospital with this shit (paranoia). at 8.34 a.m. i was recording this track and my brother called my with the bad new. we couldn't see the body. my parents only saw a closed box. strange that in a country dominated by corruption, we couldn't have the possibility to corrupt mr. rossi at the hospital or at funeral house to show us the body before closing (or better that mr. rossi, under request to see the body, didn't say in theory no...but if you give me…i don't know…maybe…five-hundred…euros...maybe we can find a solution). strange that in this world of startups no-one thought about inventing a closed box with a window, to see the face of our mothers and fathers. would have made a lot of money. strange also that during a "pandèmia" (don't remember now the exact month, maybe may) a government, aware that a lot of old people are dying, decide to "lower" survivor's pensions. so, so strange. but, well…bye bye shit.
in loving memory to my father
kindly mastered by micheal finn
